RITS is an IT management outsourcing and professional support services, we offer a full range of support services and IT project implementations, meeting the needs of our clients across their entire IT infrastructure. We concentrate on delivering service solutions with high quality of planning, careful design, and phased implementations, RITS will provide the most qualified people to manage our customer’s infrastructure components and lead projects deployments, our service model is flexible and our comprehensive range of services is relevant and affordable for customers with infrastructure of all sizes. Our core business rely on the concept of reducing the cost of professional services that requires travelling and onsite consultations whenever possible, proof of concept labs can be built to remote customers with minimal cost. We provide the following services for our customers:

Support Services

We provide our customers with remote support services based on agreed SLA, our support services can be through VPN connections or any other method of the customer's choice, remote support services can be performed under customer's supervision and request, or based on automated notification sent to RITS support team.

Do it yourself

Using this service the customer will do everything he needs by his hands, either to support certain issue or do actual implementation under our supervision and instructions, this service will be very beneficial to the administrators who like to learn and to do things themselves, this service can be thought as a learning session as well, we can provide this service through a conferencing call, live-meeting or other suitable means like webex or other collaboration programs.

Assessment and health checking services

RITS team can provide consultancy services by investigating the health of the current services running at the customer premises, and then provide documented recommendations to the customer, after approval , these recommendations can be implemented by RITS team.

Consultations

A specialized consultation team will be providing the consultation services to our customers, specialized solutions and best practices designs and recommendations will be provided by this team.

Projects implementations

We provide the state of art project implementations, our team includes the highest qualified people in each field with broad experience in project implementations, and we can provide project implementation remotely after approving the project design.

Outsourcing

Our outsourcing service will provide our customers with a full management for their infrastructure or part of it, our team will install the required management and monitoring tools for the customer's infrastructure, and will perform scheduled maintenance jobs, backups and tuning for the system, this model will provide a full outsourcing services for certain parts of the customers infrastructure according to certain SLA.
